How it works
Cron sends Monday 09:00
/api/cron/weekly-reports runs Mondays at 09:00 Europe/Stockholm time. It iterates over all Pro+ users who have the emailReports cap enabled and the right cadence this week.
We collect last week’s data
Per user: all the sites they own. Per site: KPIs, top 5 pages with delta vs last week, best day, top sources. Sorted by traffic volume (most active site first).
One email, all sites
A consolidated digest (Plausible pattern): one email per user, each site as a card. Sites with no traffic this week collapse into a tail line. Skip 5 emails if you have 5 sites.

Frequently asked questions
Is the report AI-generated?+
No. Template-rendered. We pull the numbers from your data, insert them into an HTML template, send the email. No LLM in the data path. That is deliberate: our positioning is no US transfer and no AI-training risk on your data.
Can I choose which sites to include?+
Not yet. All the sites you own are in the digest, sorted by volume. A per-site toggle is on the roadmap.
How do I change the cadence?+
Profile > Email reports. Choose weekly / every other week / monthly / off. Takes effect from the next Monday run. You can turn it off or on at any time.
What happens if I have 0 traffic one week?+
The site collapses into a tail line ("sparlos.se: no traffic this week"). You still get the email if another site has traffic. If all your sites have 0 traffic we do not send anything at all.
Does the email land in the Promotions tab?+
Sometimes, the first time. We set Reply-To + List-Unsubscribe headers that help Gmail priority. Drag the email to Primary once and Gmail learns it for your account. Other email clients (Outlook, Fastmail, ProtonMail) handle it right away.
