1. The service
Spårlös provides a web analytics service that collects pageview events from your website. The feature set is determined by your chosen plan (Hobby, Starter, Pro, Custom or Self-hosted) according to the current price list at /en/pricing.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your email and your password. Suspected account compromise must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
3. Payment
Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance according to your chosen plan. If payment is missed, the service is paused after 14 days of reminders. Data is deleted at the earliest 30 days after pausing. Resumed payment restores the service without data loss if done within 30 days.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Spårlös to:
- Collect personal data in ways that conflict with GDPR or other applicable law.
- Spam our ingest endpoint with artificial traffic (DDoS, scraping, etc.).
- Resell the service without a written agreement.
- Attempt to circumvent technical security measures.
5. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. You pay through the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account with 30 days notice, or immediately on breach of these terms.
5b. Account deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your account from Profile in the dashboard, or by emailing us. This is your right under GDPR Art. 17.
- A request starts a 14-day grace period. You can cancel the deletion at any time during that period from the same page in the dashboard.
- When the grace period has passed, the following is deleted: your account, all your websites, all event history from them, and all authentication and session data.
- Any active subscriptions are cancelled the same day. No refund is given for unused time in the current billing period.
- We keep a minimal amount of billing and accounting records (company registration number, invoice amounts, dates) for 7 years as required by Swedish bookkeeping law.
- You are logged out from all devices at the time of deletion and you receive a confirmation by email when the deletion is complete.
Would you rather export your data before deletion? Use the data export feature from the dashboard site view (CSV and JSON for all metrics).
6. Limitation of liability
Spårlös provides the service as is. We do everything reasonable to ensure uptime, but cannot be liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to 12 months of fees.
7. Service level
We aim for 99.9% uptime on paid plans. For outages exceeding 1 hour per month we give a proportional credit on the next monthly fee. The Hobby tier has no SLA.
8. Changes to terms
We may change these terms. Major changes are announced by email 30 days in advance. If you do not accept the changes you can cancel your subscription at no cost.
9. Applicable law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled in Stockholm District Court unless otherwise agreed in writing.
