Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?+
If you do not upgrade, the account moves to Hobby (free). You keep every analytics feature. What changes is the history window: the dashboard shows the last 7 days. Your data is still stored for 90 days, so if you upgrade later the longer history appears instantly, including what was collected while you were on Hobby.
Why does the free plan show only 7 days?+
Because the history window is where our plans differ, not the features. Hobby includes everything: live view, journeys, funnels, goals, campaigns. We store your data for 90 days even on the free plan, but the dashboard shows the last 7. Upgrade and the stored history unlocks immediately, nothing needs to be re-collected.
Can I change plan whenever I want?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. No fee for changing plans.
What counts as a pageview?+
Every time a page on your site loads and the Spårlös script reports it. Bots and DNT/GPC-flagged visits are never counted. Google prefetches are not counted either.
What happens if I exceed my pageview quota?+
You get an email and a yellow banner in the dashboard when you reach 80% of the quota. At 100% the banner turns red and we keep collecting data for a short while so you do not lose measurement while you consider upgrading. If the quota is exceeded significantly, collection pauses until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. No historical data is deleted.
Can I be billed annually?+
Yes. Annual billing gives 2 months free. Payment via Stripe (card) or by invoice (for Swedish companies, 30-day terms).
Do you charge VAT?+
Yes, 25% VAT is included in every price you see. The Stripe receipt shows the breakdown so Swedish companies can deduct VAT in their tax return. Foreign customers see the same SEK price and their bank handles the conversion.
Does the currency selector set a cookie?+
No. Your choice is stored in your browser localStorage on your device and never sent to our servers. The only cookie we set is the auth session when you log in.
