What’s in each plan?
Full feature comparison. Every analytics feature is included on every plan, free included. The difference is memory: how far back you can see. 7 days on Hobby, 90 days on Starter, 12 months on Pro.
On Hobby, data is stored for 90 days while the dashboard shows the last 7. Upgrading unlocks the stored history instantly. Add-ons (cron-job monitoring, Slack/webhook alerts) can be added to Starter, Pro and Custom.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need a cookie banner if we use Spårlös?+
No. Spårlös sets no cookies and reads nothing from the user’s device. The ePrivacy Directive consent rule (Article 5.3) does not apply, so you need no banner for our analytics.
Where is the data stored?+
In an ISO 27001-certified EU data center. All data stays inside the EU and there is no US sub-processor in the data path. A Swedish data center follows during 2026.
Is this GDPR-safe?+
Yes. We collect only anonymized data. No personal identifiers, no email addresses, no stored IP address, nothing that can be tied to a specific person. Every customer gets a Swedish DPA (data processing agreement) at signup.
How do you count unique visitors without cookies?+
We compute a daily rotating SHA-256 hash of IP + browser + site ID + the day’s salt. The hash cannot be linked across days or across sites, so Spårlös can never identify the same person in two contexts.
How fast can I get started?+
Three minutes. Create an account, add your domain, paste one line into your site’s <head>. You see the first event in the dashboard within 30 seconds.
How many websites can I have?+
Unlimited on every paid plan. Starter (59 kr/mo) and Pro (249 kr/mo) both cover as many sites as you like. You pay for monthly pageviews, not the number of sites. Ideal for agencies and consultants managing several clients on one account.
What happens if I cancel?+
You only pay through the end of your current billing period. All data exports as JSON or CSV, and is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
Do you support Swedish municipalities and regions?+
Yes. The Swedish data protection authority (IMY) has warned against Google Analytics in the public sector. Spårlös is built to meet the post-Schrems II requirements. We provide a Swedish DPA, custom data retention, and SEK invoicing with F-skatt.
Can I export my data?+
Always. JSON or CSV export from the dashboard, or via our API. No lock-in.
